Preparation
- Sauté spinach until wilted, squeeze out all liquid using a towel, and chop finely.
- Mix ground chicken, spinach, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 thick patties with an indentation in the center.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear patties for 5-6 minutes per side until golden-brown marks appear.
- Add white cheddar slices in the last 2 minutes and cover to melt perfectly.
