Burger Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken 450g
  • 2 cups Fresh Baby Spinach 60g, wilted and squeezed dry
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt 5g
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper 2g
  • 4 slices Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 Brioche Buns Toasted
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 60ml
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Sauté spinach until wilted, squeeze out all liquid using a towel, and chop finely.
  2. Mix ground chicken, spinach, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 thick patties with an indentation in the center.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear patties for 5-6 minutes per side until golden-brown marks appear.
  2. Add white cheddar slices in the last 2 minutes and cover to melt perfectly.

Notes

Always squeeze spinach dry to avoid soggy burgers.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F.
