  • 1/4 cup Honey Or maple syrup
  • 1 drop Magenta Gel Food Coloring For vibrant swirls
  • 1 drop Turquoise Gel Food Coloring For vibrant swirls
  • 1 tbsp Edible Gold Star Glitters
  • 2 tbsp Multi-colored Nonpareil Sprinkles
  • 1 tbsp Pastel Sugar Spheres Large spheres

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet Large rimmed sheet
  • 1 Parchment Paper Greaseproof

Method

Prepare the Base
  1. Whisk 3 cups (720ml) yogurt with 1/4 cup (60ml) honey until smooth. Spread onto a parchment-lined tray in a 1/2 inch (1.25cm) layer.
Create the Swirls
  1. Tint two small portions of yogurt magenta and turquoise. Dollop onto the base and use a toothpick to create thick, vibrant swirls.
Garnish and Freeze
  1. Densely cover the surface with gold stars, nonpareils, and pastel spheres. Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid and matte.
  2. Break the frozen bark into shards, revealing crystalline edges. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use gel colors for the most vibrant 'Unicorn' look.
Ensure the yogurt is at least 1/2 inch thick so the shards don't snap too easily.
