- Fill a large stockpot with 8 quarts of water. Add Cajun seasoning and lemon halves. Bring to a rolling boil.
- Add halved red potatoes and boil for 10-12 minutes. Add corn rounds and boil for another 5 minutes until tender.
- Add sliced smoked sausage for 3 minutes. Add large shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Drain immediately.
- Melt butter with minced garlic in a small pan. Spread the boiled ingredients onto parchment paper and drizzle with garlic butter sauce.
- Top with lemon slices, dried parsley flakes, cracked black pepper, and an extra dusting of Cajun seasoning.
