Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese 450g, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar 120g, sifted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 5ml
  • 2 cups Pretzels 150g, crushed golden-brown salted pretzels
  • 1/2 cup Salted Caramel Sauce 120ml, thick and viscous
  • 1/4 cup White Chocolate 45g, melted
  • 1 pinch Flaky Sea Salt For garnish

Equipment

  • 1 Hand Mixer To beat the cream cheese smooth.
  • 1 Cookie Scoop For even portioning.

Method

Prepare the Cheesecake Base
  1. In a bowl, beat the room-temperature cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and glossy.
  2. Portion the mixture into 1-inch spheres and freeze on a tray for 60 minutes until firm.
Coat and Decorate
  1. Roll each frozen sphere in crushed pretzels, pressing to ensure a thick, textured coating.
  2. Drizzle with thick amber caramel followed by thin lines of melted white chocolate.
  3. Top with flaky sea salt and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature to avoid lumps.
Use high-quality caramel sauce for the best visual 'amber' effect.
