Roast the Garlic
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the top off the garlic head, drizzle with oil, wrap in foil.
- Roast for 40-45 minutes until cloves are golden-brown and soft. Squeeze cloves out once cooled.
Mix the Sauce
- Place parsley, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, pepper, salt, and mustard in a ceramic ramekin.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat until translucent and glossy.
- Pour hot butter over aromatics, add roasted garlic cloves, and stir gently to combine.
