  • 3 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour

  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano

Preparation
  1. Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Mix in oil, salt, and flour. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Let rise for 60 minutes.
  3. Press dough into a well-oiled 9x13 pan. Let rest for 20 minutes while oven preheats to 425°F.
  4. Sprinkle with garlic, oregano, mozzarella, and parmesan. Bake for 12-15 minutes until bubbly and charred.

Notes

Use a generous amount of oil in the pan to get that signature fried crust bottom.
