Fruit Preparation
- Wash all fruit. Slice yellow peaches into thin crescents, halve the strawberries, and keep blueberries whole.
- Place fruit in a pitcher with peach schnapps and let sit for 15 minutes to release natural juices.
Mixing and Chilling
- Pour the chilled Moscato wine into the pitcher and stir gently with a long spoon.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse and the drink to become ice-cold.
Serving
- Pour into tall glasses filled with clear ice cubes. Add a fresh mint sprig to each rim and serve immediately while condensation is visible.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, replace Moscato with white grape juice and a splash of sparkling cider.
