Ingredients

Sangria Ingredients
  • 1 bottle (750ml) Moscato Wine Chilled, light golden color
  • 2-3 medium Yellow Peaches Thin crescent slices, soft orange skins
  • 1 cup (150g) Strawberries Bright red, halved
  • 0.5 cup (75g) Blueberries Whole, dark blue
  • 0.5 cup (120ml) Peach Schnapps Optional, for deeper flavor
  • 1 handful Fresh Mint Vibrant green sprigs for garnish
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes Crystalline and clear

Equipment

  • 1 Large Glass Pitcher Clear glass preferred for visual appeal
  • 1 Long-handled Spoon For gentle stirring

Method

Fruit Preparation
  1. Wash all fruit. Slice yellow peaches into thin crescents, halve the strawberries, and keep blueberries whole.
  2. Place fruit in a pitcher with peach schnapps and let sit for 15 minutes to release natural juices.
Mixing and Chilling
  1. Pour the chilled Moscato wine into the pitcher and stir gently with a long spoon.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse and the drink to become ice-cold.
Serving
  1. Pour into tall glasses filled with clear ice cubes. Add a fresh mint sprig to each rim and serve immediately while condensation is visible.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, replace Moscato with white grape juice and a splash of sparkling cider.
Ensure peaches are ripe but firm so they don't turn mushy in the pitcher.
