  • 8 oz (225g) Cream Cheese Full fat, softened
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Honey For the sheen
  • 3 large Fresh Orange Peaches Diced into cubes
  • 0.5 cup (60g) Graham Cracker Crumbs Finely crushed

Method
 

Dough Preparation
  1. Combine warm milk, yeast, and 1 tbsp sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Mix in eggs and flour. Gradually add butter while kneading for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
Frying and Assembly
  1. Fry 1/2 inch thick cutouts in 350°F (175°C) oil for 2 minutes per side until golden-brown.
  2. Top cooled donuts with cream cheese frosting, diced peaches, and graham cracker dust.
