Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with paper towels to ensure the crust sticks.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush the mixture generously over the top of the salmon fillets.
Crusting and Baking
- Combine parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and half of the parsley. Press the mixture firmly into the buttered tops of the salmon.
- Place salmon on a white ceramic rectangular plate or baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is flaky and the crust is golden brown.
- Optional: Broil for 1 minute for charred crispy edges. Scatter the remaining fresh parsley over the top and serve immediately with the pooling butter juices.
