Ingredients
  

Roll Ingredients
  • 1 package Oreo Cookies 14.3 oz
  • 3-4 tbsp Whole Milk 45-60ml
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese 30g, softened (optional)
Chocolate Ganache
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream 120ml
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 90g

Equipment

  • 1 Food Processor To crush cookies
  • 1 Rolling Pin To flatten dough
  • 2 Parchment Paper For rolling

Method
 

Prepare the Components
  1. Separate the Oreo wafers from the cream filling into two different bowls.
  2. Process chocolate wafers in a food processor until they become fine crumbs.
Assemble and Roll
  1. Mix milk into the crumbs until a pliable dough forms. Roll out between parchment paper into a rectangle.
  2. Whisk the Oreo cream (and cream cheese) until smooth; spread over the dough rectangle.
  3. Roll into a tight cylinder using the parchment. Chill for 30 minutes before slicing into maki-style pieces.

Notes

Use a hot knife for clean cuts.
Chill thoroughly to ensure the spiral remains intact.
