Prepare and Sear
- Pat steak dry and season with salt. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear steak bites in oil until a dark brown crust forms (about 2 mins per side). Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant (30 seconds). Deglaze the pan with a splash of broth.
Cook Pasta
- Add remaining beef broth, heavy cream, and smoked paprika. Stir in rotini pasta. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes until pasta is al dente.
- Return steak bites to the pan. Toss until the sauce is glossy and thick, coating the pasta and meat evenly.
Garnish
- Top with red chili flakes, fresh parsley, and parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use a heavy skillet to ensure the steak gets a proper sear.
