- Divide 1 lb (450g) of pizza dough into 12 equal pieces and roll into balls.
- Flatten each ball, place mozzarella in the center, and pinch tightly to seal. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a cluster.
- Bake at 400°F (204°C) for 12-15 minutes until light golden-brown with tiny browned spots.
- Whisk melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the liquid garlic butter glaze over hot rolls. Sprinkle with parmesan and dried parsley flakes immediately.
