Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Use a serrated knife to slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish. Layer evenly with shredded yellow cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
Baking
- Whisk melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley. Place the top of the rolls over the cheese and brush generously with the butter mixture.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes until tops are golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
Notes
Use block cheese for a better melt.
