Prepare the Gnocchi

- Lower heat to medium, add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute, then pour in heavy cream. Simmer until slightly reduced.
- Whisk in grated parmesan and black pepper until the sauce is thick, glossy, and velvety with visible cheese specks.
- Toss the seared gnocchi into the sauce until heavily coated. Garnish with parsley, chives, and red pepper flakes before serving in a shallow bowl.
