- Toss sliced chicken strips with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken strips for 3-4 minutes per side until golden-brown marks appear and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Briefly heat tortillas over an open gas flame or in a dry pan until lightly charred and bubbly.
