Recipe Ingredients
  • 8 oz Full-Fat Cream Cheese 225g, softened to room temperature
  • 7 oz Marshmallow Cream 198g, also known as marshmallow fluff
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries Halved with seeds visible
  • 1 cup Green Grapes Seedless and whole
  • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple Cut into triangular slices

Equipment

  • 1 Hand Mixer Or a stand mixer with the whisk attachment.
  • 1 Ceramic Bowl For mixing and serving.

Method

Prepare the Dip
  1. Place the softened 8 oz (225g) cream cheese in a white ceramic bowl. Beat on medium-high speed for 2 minutes until smooth and pale.
  2. Add the 7 oz (198g) marshmallow cream. Start on low speed to combine, then whip on medium-high for 3 minutes until glossy with soft peaks.
  3. Place the bowl of dip on a white porcelain plate. Arrange halved strawberries, green grapes, and triangular pineapple slices around the bowl.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is fully room temperature to prevent lumps.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving for a firmer, more stable texture.
