  • 2 stalks Green Scallions Chopped
  • 1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper To taste

Preparation
  1. Place bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until reddish-brown and crispy. Set aside on paper towels.
  2. Divide beef into 4 patties. Season both sides with salt and cracked black pepper. Create a small thumbprint in the center of each.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear patties for 4-5 minutes per side until grill marks are visible.
  4. Add cheddar slices to patties during the last minute of cooking. Cover with a lid to drape the cheese.
  5. Plate the burger on a white ceramic plate. Top with two bacon strips, a dollop of ranch, and a sprinkle of green scallions.
