Patty Preparation
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until green flecks are distributed.
- Shape into four 1-inch thick patties. Press a dimple into the center of each to prevent bulging.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear patties for 5-6 minutes per side until deeply browned.
- Add provolone slices during the last 2 minutes. Cover with a lid to melt.
Assembly
- Spread orange chipotle mayo on toasted bottom bun. Add patty, avocado, tomato, and a cluster of alfalfa sprouts. Top with the sesame bun.
