Prepare the Topping

Toast the Bread
- Brush sourdough slices with olive oil. Grill on a medium-high grill pan until visible dark grill marks appear and edges are charred.
- While bread is hot, rub the raw garlic cloves over the surface of each slice.
Assemble and Serve
