Bake the Cookie Domes
- Cream softened butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. Beat in eggs and milk.
- Mix in flour and baking powder. Roll dough into 48 small balls (1 tbsp each). Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 mins until the bottoms are golden domes.
Fill and Decorate
- Slightly hollow out the flat side of each cookie. Pipe chocolate hazelnut cream into the center and sandwich two cookies together.
- Dip one side of the cookie in orange-tinted peach liqueur and the other in pink-tinted orange liqueur for a gradient effect.
- Immediately roll in coarse sugar to create a crystalline texture. Garnish the top with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
Do not over-dip the cookies or they will become soggy.
