Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the hoagie roll and top with provolone. Toast until cheese is melted and fused to the golden brown bread.
- Stack the salami, pepperoni, and ham on top of the warm, melted cheese.
- In a bowl, toss shredded lettuce, onions, and pepperoncinis with mayo, vinegar, and oregano until thick and creamy.
- Pile the salad mixture high onto the meats. Top with a sprinkle of oregano and serve immediately.

Ensure lettuce is very dry before mixing to prevent a watery dressing.
