Salad Ingredients
  • 1 lb Farfalle Pasta 454g, cooked al dente
  • 1 cup Salami 150g, thin circular slices
  • 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella 225g, cubed
  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes 250g, halved
  • 1 cup Black Olives 150g, sliced
  • 1 large Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 large Green Bell Pepper diced
  • 1/2 small Red Onion finely diced
  • 1/2 cup Zesty Italian Vinaigrette 120ml
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano 1g
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley 8g, chopped

  • 1 Large pot For boiling pasta
  • 1 Large White Ceramic Bowl For mixing and serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil farfalle in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
  2. Halve cherry tomatoes, dice bell peppers and red onion, and cube the mozzarella cheese.
  3. In a large bowl, toss pasta with vegetables, cheese, and salami slices.
  4. Pour over the vinaigrette. Sprinkle with dried oregano and fresh parsley. Toss again to coat evenly.

Notes

Ensure the pasta is completely cool before adding cheese to prevent melting.
Chill for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
