- Boil farfalle in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
- Halve cherry tomatoes, dice bell peppers and red onion, and cube the mozzarella cheese.
- In a large bowl, toss pasta with vegetables, cheese, and salami slices.
- Pour over the vinaigrette. Sprinkle with dried oregano and fresh parsley. Toss again to coat evenly.
