  • 1/2 cup honey 170g, liquid or raw
  • 3-4 cups powdered sugar 360-480g, sifted
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt fine grain
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp heavy cream 15-30ml, as needed

Preparation
  1. In a glass mixing bowl, beat the softened butter on medium-high for 5 minutes until pale cream and aerated.
  2. Lower the mixer speed and slowly pour in the golden honey. Mix until fully incorporated and glossy.
  3. Add sifted powdered sugar one cup at a time on low speed. Once combined, whip on high for 2 minutes to create silky peaks.
  4. Add salt, vanilla, and heavy cream (if using). Whip until the texture is velvety and smooth swirls form.
