- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of oil. Add corn in an even layer and cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes until charred edges appear.
- Reduce heat to medium. Stir in butter and honey, coating the golden kernels in a glossy glaze.
- Add heavy cream and cream cheese. Stir and simmer until the mixture forms a thick ivory cream sauce.
- Remove from heat. Top with sliced green scallions and dried red chili flakes before serving.
