Prepare the Dough
- Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- Mix in melted butter, egg, flour, and salt. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled.
Shape and Bake
- Divide dough into 10 equal pieces. Roll into cylinders and place in two rows in a rectangular baking tray.
- Cover and let rise for 45-60 minutes until buns are touching and puffy.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18-22 minutes until deep golden-brown.
- Immediately brush the hot buns with melted butter for a glossy, soft finish.
