  • 2 cups (180g) Rolled Oats Toasted
  • 1/2 cup (65g) Green Pumpkin Seeds Raw, whole pepitas
  • 1/2 cup (65g) Sunflower Seeds Raw, unsalted
  • 1/2 cup (45g) Slivered Almonds
  • 1/2 cup (60g) Dried Cranberries Dark red
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) Sea Salt
  • 1/2 cup (125g) Almond Butter Creamy, natural
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) Honey Or maple syrup
  • 1 Egg Large
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Vanilla Extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread oats, sunflower seeds, and almonds on a baking sheet and toast for 6-8 minutes until aromatic.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk almond butter, honey, egg, and vanilla until smooth and emulsified.
  3. Fold toasted dry ingredients, pumpkin seeds, salt, and cranberries into the wet mixture until a thick dough forms.
  4. Scoop 1/4 cup portions onto a lined sheet. Press slightly to 3/4 inch thickness. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden-brown and caramelized.
