Preparation
- Rinse rice and cook with 2 cups water and salt for 15-18 minutes until fluffy.
- Toss chicken cubes with olive oil, lemon, garlic, and oregano. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a hot skillet for 3-4 minutes per side until charred and golden-brown.
- Divide rice into 4 containers. Top with charred chicken, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, olives, and feta. Add a dollop of tzatziki and a sprig of dill.
