- Heat remaining oil in skillet. Sear chicken chunks until golden brown and cooked through (165°F/74°C).
- Briefly toast pitas in the same skillet until warm and soft.
- Layer chicken, tzatziki, onions, and tomatoes onto pitas. Garnish with fresh dill and dried oregano.
Notes
Ensure the cucumber is squeezed completely dry for the thickest tzatziki.
