  • 1 medium (120g) ripe banana sliced and preferably frozen
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt for creaminess and protein
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk of choice almond, oat, or dairy
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey or maple syrup optional, to taste
  • 3 slices fresh peach crescent-shaped with fuzzy skin
  • 1 sprig fresh mint for color contrast

Method
 

Blend
  1. Add milk and Greek yogurt to the blender, followed by the frozen peach slices, banana, and honey.
  2. Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds until the mixture reaches a dense, velvety, and pale-orange consistency.
  3. Pour into a tall ribbed glass. Top with fresh peach slices and a sprig of mint. Serve with a thin glass straw.

Notes

Use only frozen fruit—never ice—to maintain a concentrated flavor.
