Prep
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes using a spoon.
Fill and Top
- In a bowl, stir together softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
- Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter. Press breadcrumbs and bacon bits onto the cheese filling.
Bake
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until the peppers are softened and the skin is slightly blistered. Broil for 1-2 minutes if needed for extra golden color.
