Ingredients

Creamy Garlic Chicken Ramen Ingredients
  • 2 packs Wavy Ramen Noodles Dried or fresh
  • 1 lb (450g) Chicken Breast Sliced thin
  • 6 cloves Garlic Freshly minced
  • 1 cup (240ml) Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Chicken Broth
  • 2 tbsp (30g) Butter Unsalted
  • 3 stalks Green Scallions Finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Toasted White Sesame Seeds

Equipment

  • 1 Large Skillet For searing chicken and making sauce.
  • 1 Pasta Pot To boil the ramen noodles.

Method

Prepare the Components
  1. Cook the wavy ramen noodles in boiling water for 1 minute less than the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breast slices with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear chicken in butter until golden-brown charred edges form. Remove chicken from pan.
Make the Sauce and Assemble
  1. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Deglaze with chicken broth, scraping the bottom.
  2. Stir in heavy cream and simmer until it becomes a heavy, opaque, pale ivory garlic cream sauce.
  3. Add noodles to the sauce, toss for 60 seconds, then top with seared chicken, scallions, and sesame seeds.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for the best flavor profile.
If the sauce gets too thick, add 1-2 tbsp of noodle water to thin it out.
