Prep and Roast
- Toss zucchini slices with oil and roast at 425°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes until visible char marks appear.
- Cook farfalle in salted water for 1 minute less than package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
Cook Protein and Sauce
- In a large skillet, sear chicken chunks until golden-brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat, add heavy cream to the skillet, and simmer. Whisk in cheddar and Havarti until thick and glossy.
- Toss the pasta, chicken, and charred zucchini into the sauce. Garnish with dried herbs and black pepper.
Notes
Use block cheese for the smoothest sauce.
