- In a glass mason jar, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and dried oregano until well combined.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking constantly until the dressing becomes thick, creamy, and dark mahogany brown.
- Gently bruise the rosemary sprig and submerge it into the dressing. Seal the jar and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Notes
For a sweeter dressing, add 1 tsp of honey.
