Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon mounds of cottage cheese onto the parchment, leaving 2 inches of space between each.
Baking
- Flatten each mound slightly and sprinkle with dried oregano and cracked black pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are dark charred and the centers are translucent and bubbly.
- Allow to cool completely on the tray for 10 minutes to reach maximum crispness.
Notes
Ensure you use parchment paper, not a silicone mat, for the best lacy texture.
