  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter 28g, melted
  • 1/2 cup Granulated White Sugar 100g
  • 1.5 tbsp Ground Cinnamon Dark variety preferred
  • 1 pinch Fine Sea Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with crinkled white parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt. Whisk until uniform.
Assembly
  1. Roll the puff pastry sheet into a 10x12 inch rectangle and brush with melted butter.
