Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 1 lb (450g) Potato Gnocchi Shelf-stable or refrigerated
  • 2 cups (300g) Cooked Chicken Breast Cubed
  • 1.5 cups (170g) Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1/4 cup (10g) Fresh Parsley Finely chopped
Homemade Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 cups (480ml) Heavy Cream
  • 4 tbsp (56g) Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup (90g) Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced

Equipment

  • 1 White oval ceramic casserole dish
  • 1 Medium Saucepan
  • 1 Large pot

Method

Preparation
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook gnocchi for 1-2 minutes until they float, then drain.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add heavy cream and simmer. Whisk in Parmesan until thick and glossy.
  3. Mix gnocchi and chicken in an oval ceramic dish. Pour sauce over and top with mozzarella.
  4. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes. Broil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown spots appear. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for a smoother sauce.
Don't skip the broiler step; those golden spots are key for flavor and presentation.
