- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the brioche buns in half horizontally and place the bottom half on a tray.
- Spread the shredded pulled pork over the buns. Top with a thick layer of mozzarella cheese and place the top buns back on.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Brush over the buns. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 minutes more until golden and gooey.
Notes
To avoid soggy buns, lightly toast the cut sides of the brioche before adding the pork.
