Slider Components
  • 12 count Brioche Slider Buns Kept in a slab
  • 1 (450g) lb Savory Shredded Pulled Pork Pre-cooked
  • 8 (225g) oz Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 4 (56g) tbsp Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes

  • 1 Serrated Knife
  • 1 Pastry Brush

Method
 

Assembly
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the brioche buns in half horizontally and place the bottom half on a tray.
  2. Spread the shredded pulled pork over the buns. Top with a thick layer of mozzarella cheese and place the top buns back on.
  3. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Brush over the buns. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 minutes more until golden and gooey.

Notes

To avoid soggy buns, lightly toast the cut sides of the brioche before adding the pork.
Use a serrated knife to cut the sliders into individual portions after baking for the best visual presentation.
