Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Brush outer skins with oil.
- Place jalapeños cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast for 5-7 minutes until slightly blistered.
- Flip peppers over. Fill each cavity with a slice of brie cheese and top with 3-4 whole blueberries.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the brie is melted and gooey and the blueberries have slightly burst.
- Remove from oven. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with sea salt flakes while warm.
Notes
Use gloves when handling jalapeños to avoid skin irritation.
