- Sear chicken strips in oil over medium-high heat until char marks appear. Add BBQ sauce and toss until a thick mahogany coating forms.
- Place corn in a dry skillet over high heat for 3 minutes until edges are charred and roasted.
- Layer rice in a white ceramic bowl. Arrange chicken, corn, beans, onion, and cheese in distinct sections. Garnish with cilantro and lime.
