Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry and place them in a white ceramic baking dish.
- Whisk Caesar dressing and sour cream until smooth. Drape the thick ivory sauce over the chicken, then top with shredded parmesan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese crust is golden-brown and toasted.
- Remove from oven, garnish heavily with fresh parsley and coarse pepper. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
