Ingredients
  

The Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs 150g
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter 85g, melted
The Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese 225g, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter 250g
  • 1 cup powdered sugar 120g
  • 8 oz whipped topping 225g, divided
The Toppings
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate melted for drizzle
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter melted for drizzle
  • 0.25 cup mini peanut butter chips
  • 4 mini peanut butter cups crumbled

Equipment

  • 1 9-inch pie dish
  • 1 Electric Hand Mixer
  • 1 Offset spatula

Method
 

Prepare Crust
  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Place the crust in the freezer for 10 minutes to set while you prepare the filling.
Prepare Filling
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and tan-colored.
  2. Mix in powdered sugar on low speed until combined.
  3. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping until no white streaks remain.
Assemble and Garnish
  1. Spread filling into the crust. Top with the remaining whipped topping.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the mousse to set.
  3. Just before serving, apply zig-zag drizzles of melted chocolate and peanut butter. Sprinkle with chips and crumbled cups.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for a lump-free filling.
Use a hot knife for clean, professional-looking slices.
