Prepare Crust
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
- Place the crust in the freezer for 10 minutes to set while you prepare the filling.
Prepare Filling
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and tan-colored.
- Mix in powdered sugar on low speed until combined.
- Gently fold in half of the whipped topping until no white streaks remain.
Assemble and Garnish
- Spread filling into the crust. Top with the remaining whipped topping.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the mousse to set.
- Just before serving, apply zig-zag drizzles of melted chocolate and peanut butter. Sprinkle with chips and crumbled cups.
