  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 30ml
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced finely
  • 1 tsp Coarse Sea Salt 5g
  • 1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper 1g

Preparation
  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the broccoli. Cut into uniform 1-2 inch florets.
  2. In a large bowl, toss florets with olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt, and pepper until glistening.
Cooking
  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Arrange broccoli in a single layer in the basket.
  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until tips are charred and golden-brown.

Notes

Ensure broccoli is completely dry before oiling to prevent steaming.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice after cooking for a bright finish.
