Prepare the Crust
- Pulse chocolate cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Stir in melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch glass dish. Freeze for 15 minutes to set.
Layering the Lasagna
- Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping. Spread half of this mixture over the crust.
- Mix half of the remaining white mixture with strawberry gelatin powder until vibrant red. Spread carefully over the white layer.
- Mix the remaining white mixture with blueberry gelatin powder until indigo-blue. Spread over the red layer.
- Pipe or dollop the remaining plain whipped topping in large swirls over the top. Garnish with star sprinkles.
